The Self Service Portal can be accessed at https://ssp.siewert-kau.com or directly through the Shop. The Shop and the Portal use a shared login. The login process has changed, but your existing login credentials remain the same.

Where can I find the Self-Service Portal?
You can access the portal athttps://ssp.siewert-kau.comor directly in the shop via the section under your name..
Do I need new login credentials?
No. Your current store login credentials remain the same. The shop and the Self-Service Portal use a shared login.
Do I have to sign up separately for the store and the portal?
No. Once you’ve signed up, you can use the store and the self-service portal without having to log in again.
What will happen to the existing self-service features in the shop?
These features have been moved to the standalone Self-Service Portal. There, you can view your orders and invoices, manage your company and account information, and access prices and price lists.
Where can I get my price lists?
You can now access your price lists through the Self-Service Portal. There, you’ll find predefined price lists (meta-price lists) and the option to customize them.
Can I create my own price lists and receive them automatically?
Yes. You can create your own price list using a modular system and have it sent to you automatically by email every day.
How up-to-date are the prices in my price lists?
Prices are retrieved directly from the system when the respective price list is generated.
Can I use an authenticator app?
Yes. For two-factor authentication, you can use an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator as an alternative to email verification. You can manage these settings in the portal.
