After more than 30 years as an established player in the IT channel, Siewert & Kau is embarking on a new chapter. With the foundation of <\/span>Siewert & Kau Technologies<\/b> the company is returning stronger than ever. This step is made possible by two investors, who wish to remain unnamed, as part of an asset deal. The head office remains in Bergheim, Oliver Kau and Bj\u00f6rn Siewert are members of the management board <\/span>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/o:p>The restart of Siewert & Kau Technologies has been an intensive and challenging journey. The past few months have been characterized by reorientation and hard work due to the insolvency proceedings of the Siewert & Kau Group that have since been opened. <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

“With the investor process now successfully completed, we have managed to maintain key customer and supplier relationships and secure over 110 jobs in the long term,” says the insolvency administrator appointed by Cologne Local Court, Marion Rodine, partner at the law firm Runkel Rechtsanw\u00e4lte.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201eWith the great support of the insolvency administrator Marion Rodine and her team from the law firm Runkel Rechtsanw\u00e4lte, this process was managed in a responsible and targeted manner<\/em>\u201c, say Oliver Kau and Bj\u00f6rn Siewert. “The tried and tested is combined with new entrepreneurial dynamism. Personal communication, reliability and acting in partnership continue to take center stage. <\/em>\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n

From August 11, 2025, the company will offer classic IT hardware, individual solutions and technical services for specialist retailers, system houses and integrators. In addition, Siewert & Kau Technologies is specifically tapping into new business areas. This is about more than just products, namely sustainable solutions based on a deep understanding of the many technological and economic challenges in the market. <\/span><\/p>\n
