Siewert & Kau Technologies starts with a clear focus and investors

After more than 30 years as an established player in the IT channel, Siewert & Kau is embarking on a new chapter. With the foundation of Siewert & Kau Technologies the company is returning stronger than ever. This step is made possible by two investors, who wish to remain unnamed, as part of an asset deal. The head office remains in Bergheim, Oliver Kau and Björn Siewert are members of the management board .

The restart of Siewert & Kau Technologies has been an intensive and challenging journey. The past few months have been characterized by reorientation and hard work due to the insolvency proceedings of the Siewert & Kau Group that have since been opened.

“With the investor process now successfully completed, we have managed to maintain key customer and supplier relationships and secure over 110 jobs in the long term,” says the insolvency administrator appointed by Cologne Local Court, Marion Rodine, partner at the law firm Runkel Rechtsanwälte.
